Shades of Web Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Pulse platform (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

We collect information in several ways:

Information You Provide

• Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed), profile photo, and phone number when you register.
• Organisation data: Organisation name, domain, address, and logo when you set up a workspace.
• Content: Status updates, recordings, transcripts, comments, and other content you submit to the Service.
• Payment data: Billing name, address, and card details processed by our payment provider — we do not store raw card numbers.
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or in-app support channels.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, and session duration.
• Device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 6 below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process transactions and send related information such as purchase confirmations and invoices.
• Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts.
• Respond to requests and provide customer support.
• Analyse usage trends to improve and personalise the Service.

• Within your organisation: Administrators and members of your Pulse workspace may see your profile, updates, and activity within that workspace.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before this occurs.
• Legal compliance: If required by law or in response to valid legal process such as a court order or subpoena.
• Protection of rights: To protect the rights, property, and safety of Shades of Web Pvt. Ltd., our users, or the public.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 9). We may retain certain data for a limited period after deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default and may be extended based on your plan. You may delete individual recordings at any time from within the Service.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to:

• Maintain your session and authentication state.
• Remember your preferences such as theme and language.
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the Service.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some parts of the Service may not function correctly without cookies.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. These include encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@usepulse.ai.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from your own. When we transfer data internationally we take steps — such as standard contractual clauses — to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

Depending on your location you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
